Job description

We are working with our major mining client specializing in lithium, seeking a recruitment officer to join them on an initial 3-month contract. This role involves assisting with all aspects of recruitment and onboarding.

Responsibilities :

End-to-end recruitment, onboarding, induction, and orientation.
Preparing contracts and employment packages for new employees.
Managing changes to contracts for existing employees.
Supporting and maintaining the Company HRIS System (SuccessFactors).
Processing CAT1 contractors.
Maintaining all HR information.
Preparing adverts for posting to SEEK for vacancies.
Assisting with recruitment-related queries.
Supporting the HR team as needed, including HR, ER, IR, administration, and immigration.
Building and managing internal / external partnerships throughout the business.

Requirements :

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar position, preferably in resources, manufacturing, or construction industries.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.

Self-motivated with initiative and problem-solving skills.

Strong organizational skills.

Attention to detail and effective time management.
