Racecourse Grange - 127 Bed facility hosting High and Low care residents.

Peninsula Grange - 102 Bed facility hosting High and Low care residents with a dedicated Memory support unit / housing.

We have opportunites available for

• Personal Care Assistants / Care Companions.

Have you recently completed your qualification and looking to start a rewarding career in aged care? OR

We require as a minimum :

• Cert III in Aged Care / Individual Support or currently studying a Diploma / Bachelor in Nursing having completed your first placement
• Triple Covid-19 & Influenz Vaccinated
• A real passion to work with elderly residents and providing them with the best quality care
