Role

As an Account Manager, your focus will be on APAC Mining accounts using Seequent software for geological modelling, analysis, visualization, and decision-making. With rapid growth in our Mining Segment and a growing portfolio of products, this role requires dedicated account management to support long-term sales growth. You will work closely with the Sales Director, Mining, to define strategies, deepen account engagement, and identify new opportunities. Daily activities include guiding software sales, providing training, and collaborating with technical experts to maximize account potential.

Duties and responsibilities

Account Management :

• Collaborate with the Sales Director, Mining, to drive sales growth and profitability.
• Monitor activity within your assigned accounts and identify key stakeholders for engagement.
• Understand customer technical problems and needs; coordinate meetings with Seequent team members to explore solutions.
• Lead negotiations and close business contracts.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and participate in forecasting activities.
• Report on software usage and conduct quarterly client meetings.
• Identify and document potential opportunities within accounts.
• Work with the team to assess and prioritize pipeline opportunities.
