Team Member

Location : Archerfield / Redbank Plains

The Queenslander Aviaries Team is seeking a retail team member to join them in delivering _Great Service, Always!_ to our customers.

• To be successful you must
• Must have a valid drivers licence and access to a vehicle
• Have 2-3 years retail experience, preferably in the pet industry
• Be able to lift items up to 24kg
• Be highly motivated and results driven person with outstanding customer service and communication skills
• Enjoy working in a team environment
• Reliable and mature applicants encouraged to apply.
• You will be working around seeds, nuts, flowers and the occasional feathered friend of our customers.
• What we require
• Exceptional attention to detail in all duties
• Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written
• Able to work with mínimal supervision and at a fast pace
• Efficient cash handling and POS experience is highly desirable
• An interest in Visual Merchandising - desirable
• Experience in customer service including managing complaints
• Ability to make quick decisions to ensure customer satisfaction
• Be motivated and have enthusiasm to learn with a "can do" attitude
• Flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends and public holidays and locations (Archerfield and Redbank Plains)
