Role Overview : We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Contract Administrator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing contract administration processes, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, and supporting project delivery from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities :

Prepare, review, and manage contracts and subcontractor agreements.

Monitor contract performance, ensuring adherence to terms and conditions.

Coordinate with project managers, clients, and stakeholders to facilitate contract negotiations and resolutions.

Maintain accurate records of contractual documents and correspondence.

Assist in the preparation of progress claims, variations, and project reports.

Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to contracts.

Support procurement activities and tender processes as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business, Law, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in contract administration within the construction industry.

Strong understanding of contract law, construction contracts, and procurement processes.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable :

Familiarity with Australian Standard contracts (e.g., AS 4000 series).

Experience with project management tools and software.
