- Cares about high quality customer experience
- Friendly personality with excellent communication skills
- Team player who thrives in collaborative environment.
- Basic computer and administrative skills.
- Experience in dental or health and wellness services will be highly regarded
- Key Responsibilities
- Patient management - answering phone calls, welcoming patients, helping them, and ensuring their comfort throughout their visit.
- Handle patient inquiries and concerns, providing timely resolutions to maintain high levels of patient satisfaction.
- Manage patient bookings and maintain communication with patients to build long lasting relation
- Manage patient payments and documents
- Oversee supply orders and deliveries.
- Day-to-day practice operations and oversee administrative tasks, and facilitate smooth clinic functions.
