What are the benefits?
- Full-time, maximum-term contract with the possibility of extension
- Hybrid role – Brisbane preferred, with occasional travel
- Salary : $110,000–$130,000 + superannuation

What will you be doing?
Developing and maintaining detailed program and project schedules in MS Project OnlineCreating and updating Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and milestone trackingCollaborating across teams to gather inputs, align timelines, and identify risksSupporting internal stakeholders with scheduling advice, reporting, and trainingMaintaining data integrity across SharePoint, MS Project, and Power BI systemsContributing to continuous improvement in scheduling and planning processesManaging resource allocations and identifying optimisation opportunitiesPresenting insights and contributing to project governanceWhat do you need?
5+ years of experience as a Scheduler, Planner, or Program CoordinatorStrong working knowledge of MS Project Online (including admin functions)Experience with SharePoint and Power BI highly desirableRelevant project management qualifications (e.g. PRINCE2, PMBOK)Strong analytical and organisational skillsExcellent verbal and written communicationAbility to collaborate with diverse internal and external stakeholdersExperience outside of construction (e.g. energy, policy, training, or public sector) preferredA proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a commitment to quality deliveryIf you think this could be the role for you then please apply now!
