The beautifully designed venue by celebrity chef Peter Kuruvita combines a providore, pizzeria, cocktail bar and linen-set restaurant. The venue also features _ALBA Chef's Kitchen_, a creative space and state-of-the-art kitchen that hosts cooking classes, private chefs' tables, and a purpose-built kitchen filming studio. Alba has just received the AGAF chef's hat 2nd year running.

Alba by Kuruvita is looking for a Assistant Manager to drive excellence in customer service. An enthusiastic leadership & clientele focus with an absolute passion for the industry is a must. Manage to an exceptionally high standard.

• What we are looking for
• Minimum 1 years experience as restaurant supervisor / assistant restaurant manager
• Good food and wine knowledge with a passion to learn
• Exceptional customer service standards
• Pro-active and hands on leadership
• Ability to manage high traffic, busy and fast-paced operations
• Responsibilities include hosting, rostering, table and section allocations, running a full section on the floor, operating the POS system and ordering
• Inspire, mentor and manage the team
• Training junior staff
• Immaculate presentation and advanced communication skills
• Always energetic and self-motivated with a friendly attitude
• Must hold QLD RSA Certificate
