The Opportunity...A rare opportunity is now available for an experienced Sales Representative / BDM to join our passionate and dynamic team. Your key focus will be to identify growth potential and develop and drive business in the Automotive, mining and Industrial space in Perth metro area. As well as regular travel to the North West (Karratha / Broome) region to maintain and grow business by visiting existing and prospective customers.

- As a NAPA Sales Person / BDM your duties will include (but not be limited to);
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders to ensure opportunities are identified and acted upon
- Structured and disciplined scheduled call cycle plan for all target accounts
- Grow revenue by identifying opportunities and developing tailored solutions that meet customer's needs
- Execute trade sales programs within the designated territory
- Attend weekly / monthly sales meetings, industry events and product information sessions
- What we're looking for
- An experienced Sales Representative with a background in trade / Industrial automotive or aftermarket parts experience. Alternatively, you may be an automotive trade-based professional looking to get off the tools.
- Previous experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in sales, meeting targets and growing business.
- An ability to manage and resolve technical or trade queries, as well as any issues or concerns.
- A strong 'know how' and passion in trade / Industrial automotive or aftermarket parts.
- Exceptional time management skills and ability to work autonomously.
- A solution focussed problem solver with sound computer skills.
- Comfortable acquiring new accounts and strong communication skills
- Hold a valid driver's licence and be able to travel frequently
