    As a Residential Building Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a key Residential Building in the Inner CBD. Your main responsibilities will include :

    • Building Maintenance : Coordinate and supervise all maintenance and repair activities to ensure the building is in optimal condition and meets safety standards.
    • Tenant Relations : Foster positive relationships with residents, address inquiries and concerns, and ensure their needs are met promptly and professionally.
    • Contractor Management : Manage external hard and soft service providers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure efficient operations. Manage external KPI's and SLA's
    • Financial Management : Assist with budget preparation, monitor expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining service quality.
    • Compliance and Safety : Ensure the building complies with all relevant regulations, conduct regular inspections, and implement necessary safety measures.
    • Requirements
    • Proven experience in building management or related roles, preferably in a residential setting.
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with residents, vendors, and stakeholders.
    • Solid understanding of building systems, maintenance practices, and safety protocols.
    • Attention to detail and organizational skills to oversee multiple tasks and priorities.
    • Proficiency in relevant software and technology for managing operations and reporting.
