The RoleGenus is seeking experienced Document Controller to fill a role based on a new construction project in WA. Reporting directly to the Project Manager the
Document Controllerwill be responsible for :Job Tasks and ResponsibilitiesAct as the Document Controller for the Projects Management System suite of documents, ensuring document process compliance with both the Company Guidelines and Document Control requirements.Maintaining a rigid project Document control system that reflects the company and the clients expectationsAssist the Project Manager with reports, paperwork, letters, etc., in compliance with Company branding, quality, and document control standards.Arrange, prepare documentation for Project Meetings, attend and minute meetings.Responsible for maintaining and updating registers and databases.Aid with internal conformance to Company SHEQ management system, SHEQ Compliance monitoring (including maintaining company licensing, certificates, and renewals).Assist with internal and external third party Document audits.Assist the PLP Project Manager, with other adhoc Administration tasks, as directed.Essential Skills / QualificationsDemonstrated experience in Document Control.Knowledge of safety, environment, and quality management systems international standards.Demonstrated experience & administration of Intranet & online platforms.Strong attention to detail.High level relationship management, communication, and interpersonal skills.Advances level Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook skills) and using the Internet.High efficiency and accuracy of word processing and document formatting.Ability to work co-operatively and effectively both independently and in a team environment.Manage and meet deadlines and maintain high quality of work.Experience in utilities and / or construction and / or resources industry.Ability to work co-operatively and effectively both independently and in a team environment.Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, solve problems, manage and meet deadlines and maintain high quality of work.Safe and flexible approach to carrying out required duties.If after reading through the details of this vacancy you feel you meet the selection criteria, would be a good fit for the role and would like to join our
