About your new role :

Reporting to the Technical Delivery Manager, the Senior Engineer position has been created to lead the design, development and maintenance of the microservices environment for the company. The successful applicant will have a detailed understanding of message-based architecture and modern best practice.

Some of the key tasks aligned to this role will include :

• Participate in the architecture and design of the microservices ecosystem.
• Design, develop and maintain microservices utilising your C++, C# & Javascript skills.
• Architect & deliver a message-based microservices system
• Develop containerized applications using Docker across both cloud and on-prem environments.
• Collaborate across functions to define, develop and deliver bespoke new features.
• Take responsibility for the performance, reliability and quality of microservices.
• Maintain code quality and identify issues to fix bugs.
