Duties Be visible in the lobby and other public areas, maintaining a strong presence Support the Night team with all front desk and accounting related duties Remain educated and trained on all security / emergency procedures Handle any management issues or emergencies that arise, record as required, and implement the necessary actions to bring a resolution Ensure all Guest feedback is managed promptly and completely Inform other departments of Guest special requests Maintain awareness of all hotel areas Produce nightly reports Minimum 2 years of Front Office supervisory experience in the hotel sector Proficient with required night reporting Calm, efficient, and able to work well under pressure Confident, capable, and independent Leadership qualities that inspire the team Excellent interpersonal and communication skills We are Hilton.
