An exceptional opportunity now exists for a vibrant, highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Partner to join. Reporting to a highly regarded P&C leader, you will act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders across various business functions, providing hands-on support and guidance in employee engagement, development, remuneration, change management and people strategy. As a key member of their organisation, you will contribute to success by fostering a positive, engaging, and high-performing work culture.
With a generalist remit your senior level consulting skills will see you :
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including ELT, People Leaders, and team members
Embed people strategy within stakeholder groups and support leaders in enhancing their change management and leadership capabilities
Provide accurate and proactive advice and support across the employee lifecycle
Leverage your knowledge of core employment legislation to minimise risk and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Utilise data, insights and analysis to drive people performance and contribute to business growth
Lead and support cyclical people activities, including performance management, salary reviews, and employee engagement initiatives
Partner with business functions to engage, influence, and lead change initiatives using change management methodologies
Design innovative and scalable learning solutions, identify career development opportunities, and lead key L&D initiatives
Guide, support and collaborate with other P&C colleagues to enhance performance, programs and outcomes
Success in this role will draw upon your :
Strong stakeholder management experience, including working with ELT stakeholders
Excellent change management skills and experience implementing change initiatives
Leading from the front attitude
Contemporary approach to HR practices and processes, leveraging HR tech and analytics tools
