  • ABOUT THE JOB
  • Build the monthly procurement plan and weekly stock orders from overseas suppliers to meet customer demand in line with inventory policy, and guarantee the best service level
  • Collaborate with the Short-Term Planning function to prepare and schedule local production
  • Collaborate with the Customer Supply Chain function to ensure clear and timely communication of relevant information to customers and commercial stakeholders
  • Ensure product life cycles are correctly maintained (new products are launched on time and end-of-life products are properly phased out) in collaboration with Demand Planning and Marketing teams
  • Closely work with our suppliers to get the best confirmation of our needs and communicate our priorities to minimise risks for our business
  • Prepare comprehensive analysis to support decisions in the business (risk projection, E&O analysis, shortages analysis )
  • ABOUT YOU
  • You ideally have 3+ years previous experience within a similar role and environment
  • You will have advanced excel skills. It would be a plus to have SAP and PowerBI knowledge
  • You will show customer centricity and have a deep understanding of the Sales and Operations planning process and Supply Chain
  • You will be motivated by achieving results, and managing complexity in a high pressure environment
  • You will be able to communicate in a confident and articulate manner
  • You will have strong analytical skills
  • You will have a strong work ethic
