Job Description
We are expanding our senior clinical team and seek an experienced Occupational Therapist to provide clinical support to our junior and graduate clinicians.
The successful candidate can be based at any of our four locations—Bowral, Campbelltown, Goulburn, or Brisbane (Chermside)—and will be required to spend 2-3 days per week in clinic, with travel between clinics to support our team. Work-from-home options are available.
Additionally, you will :
- Manage an allocated caseload and deliver therapeutic services efficiently
- Assess clients’ emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and physical functions through observations and assessments
- Interpret findings to set personalized treatment goals
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions
- Support and advise on environmental adaptations in home, school, work, and residential settings
- Recommend Assistive Technology to enhance independence

Significant experience as an Occupational Therapist, preferably across diverse clientsExcellent communication skillsValid driver’s license and reliable vehicleGenuine passion for the disability sectorQualifications
