In this role, you will

Support our Ingham and surrounding branch by being the first point of contact for our customers.Work with your customers to identify the most suitable products and services that best matches their needs and ensuring they receive a seamless, consistent, and customised customer service experience every step of the way.Assist our customers with account opening, unsecured Lending, and banking transactions.Ensure all customer details are accurate and up to date.Demonstrate our Smarter Banking options (self-service and digital) to customers to help make their banking simple, easy, and secure.Undertaking ongoing training and development to enhance your career development.

The Hours

Join our team in this role within the hours 9 : 15am – 4 : 15pm, Monday to Thursday and 9 : 15am – 5 : 15pm Friday.

Your home branch will be Ingham however your skills and expertise will also be required to cover our Aitkenvale, Townsville and Thuringowa branches, therefore a licence and your own car is essential.
