About the Role
We are seeking a proactive Assistant Store Manager to lead our Cairns and Smithfield teams, creating memorable customer experiences and supporting store performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership : Lead, coach, and inspire your team to achieve their best.
- Store Operations : Manage daily store activities, ensuring a welcoming environment filled with positive energy.
- Customer Service : Resolve inquiries patiently and effectively, leaving customers satisfied.
- Training & Development : Support onboarding and ongoing development of team members.
