Project Services is a new centralised function within Ventia’s Telecommunications sector that unifies three specialist teams – Process, Systems & Governance; Subcontractor Enablement; and Land Access & Stakeholder Engagement – into a single, cohesive hub.
Together, Project Services teams aim to reduce duplication, solidify ways of working, strengthen assurance and let our frontline crews focus on delivering outstanding outcomes for customers and communities.
As part of the new structure Ventia are seeking a Senior Resource Planning Analyst to assess and optimise workforce requirements across multiple Telecommunications projects.
What you’ll be doing :
Work closely with project teams to analyse workforce and subcontractor utilisationReport on Gap analysis and subcontractor utilisation to optimise workforce performanceMonitor resource availability and liaise with the operational teams to ensure optimal use of personnel.Develop and maintain resource management plans and schedulesAnalyse and present reports on resource utilisation and compliance status.About you
Strong analytical & reporting skills including the ability to create and present analytics results and insights in a highly polished, succinct form with a sharp attention to detail, easily able to identify trends, patterns and opportunitiesExperience adhering to and driving best practice processes, procedures, frameworks and standards that comply with policy and governanceProven experience in workforce planning / resource scheduling will be highly desirableHighly confident using Microsoft Suite, Advanced Microsoft Excel,SQL and Power Query - DesirableUnderstanding use of external data imports and end pointsPower BI knowledge - DesirableUnderstanding and experience in Microsoft Power Apps and Flow - Desirable but not essentialSAP and Maximo experience highly desirableDiversity
