OpportunityIn the role of Employee Relations Advisor, you will be essential in fostering and preserving positive relations within our organisation. Your acumen in ER / IR will shape and strengthen people strategies, ensuring a harmonious, compliant, productive and engaged workplace.
Key ResponsibilitiesGuide and advise on all employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.Mediate and resolve employee grievances and disputes, promoting a positive working environment.Collaborate with P&C, operations and compliance teams to develop and refine employment policies and procedures.Provide training and workshops on employee relations topics to strengthen team cohesion and understanding.Undertake effective HR administration on employee relations correspondence and documentation, such as contracts and employment letters.Stay updated on labour laws, industry trends, and best practices to ensure the organisation remains compliant and forward-thinking.What Sets You Apart?Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.Proven experience in employee relations, conflict resolution, and policy development.Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations within Australia.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to work across all levels of the organisation.A solution-driven mindset, combined with impeccable analytical and decision-making skills.Be Part of a Company That Beats to an Enterprising HeartAt Asuria, our people are at the very heart of everything we do and deliver.
