About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Analyst to join a high-performing team delivering key transformation initiatives with complex technology components. You'll play a critical role in capturing, analysing, and validating business requirements, aligning stakeholder needs with strategic outcomes, and facilitating the successful delivery of IT-enabled solutions.

About You

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst on significant transformation projects.
• Demonstrated experience in stakeholder engagement and management, including with vendors and external delivery partners.
• Proven ability to communicate complex technical and business concepts clearly and concisely.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with modelling tools and methods (e.g., Visio, Enterprise Architect, BPMN).
• Exposure to public sector projects or government environments is highly regarded.
• Knowledge of procurement processes and contract management is advantageous.
