Job descriptionWe're seeking an experienced and compassionate Disability Support Worker to join our team in Newcastle, NSW. This role involves providing personalized support to participants in the community—helping them build independence, access social activities, and achieve their personal goals.
You'll assist individuals with both low-level and complex needs—supporting their independence, access to community, and personal development.
