As Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in running the store efficiently, ensuring compliance with company procedures and maintaining high retail standards at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in overseeing all aspects of store operations, including inventory, sales, and staff supervision..
• Oversee key operational tasks such as stock control, merchandising, and store presentation.
• Ensure smooth shift handovers and complete daily operational checklists.
• Take responsibility for the store in the absence of senior management.
• Enforce health & safety, and compliance protocols.
• Drive sales performance and support promotions and marketing activities.
