We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Store Manager to help lead our team and support daily store operations.
As Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in running the store efficiently, ensuring compliance with company procedures and maintaining high retail standards at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing all aspects of store operations, including inventory, sales, and staff supervision..
- Oversee key operational tasks such as stock control, merchandising, and store presentation.
- Ensure smooth shift handovers and complete daily operational checklists.
- Take responsibility for the store in the absence of senior management.
- Enforce health & safety, and compliance protocols.
- Drive sales performance and support promotions and marketing activities.
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in a retail supervisory or duty management role, ideally within FMCG or high-volume environments.Strong people management skills and the ability to lead by example.Confident decision-maker with a hands-on approach.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.What You’ll Get
