Key EJ Responsibilities :

• Thoroughly wash and sanitise dishes, kitchen tools, and equipment
• Clean and scrub heavy kitchen items such as chip fryer baskets, grill plates, trays, and racks
• Maintain a clean and hygienic dishwashing area
• Assist with rubbish removal and end-of-day kitchen clean-up
• Follow safety procedures and hygiene standards
