About The Role

As a member of the Trade Counter team, you'll assist engineers, project managers, and tradespeople in accessing the necessary products for major projects, while also handling tasks that ensure customer satisfaction and smooth branch operations.

Your daily responsibilities include :

Providing customer service and product informationGenerating quotes in person and over the phoneManaging pick packing and stock controlMaintaining a tidy and safe branch environmentOccasionally making deliveries using a company vehicle

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who :

Has retail sales or customer service experience and enjoys assisting customers both face-to-face and via phoneCan pick orders, organize shop displays, and ensure accurate informationIs comfortable using computers and eager to learn new systemsHolds a valid HR Truck driver's license and is flexible with shifts, including weekendsIs interested in career development within our network or at head office
