Manage day-to-day and contract needs of our clients and develop relationships to effectively meet the staffing needs of each setting Lead the development of new business generation Build and implement effective strategy that supports company initiatives in conjunction with your team and management To do this successfully you have Education market knowledge and experience - _ideal_ A successful history in recruitment or sales - _ideal_ Outstanding communication skills and demonstrated history of delivering exceptional customer outcomes Growth mindset and drive to succeed Strong Team Player Passion for working in fast paced environments Keen to work for a growing company with strong values and a great culture Passionate about matching the right person to the right job Good attention to detail and, ideally experience in administration and compliance Application Requirements Valid Driver's Licence WWCC A cover letter detailing why you think you are suitable for the role A current CV outlining your background and experience How to apply
