This construction business are a leader in the luxury housing & boutique apartment sector. They are known for their cutting edge architecture and unparalleled reputation in the WA market. Their projects span from $5-$30m in value and range from luxury homes to boutique apartments.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to join this leading builder. Opportunities like this do not come up often, this is a rare opportunity to work for a builder many have on the top of their list to work for. With extremely high retention of their team, you will work alongside some of the industries best.

Key Requirements :

• Estimating experience on luxury homes is essential, double storey experience is a minimum requirement.
• Estimating experience is essential
• Could be a dual Estimating / Scheduling role for the right individual
• 10 years experience in scheduling / estimating (desirable)
• Strong time management skills
• Highly skilled communication skills
• A team player
• Strong tenure in previous roles
