Gaming And Tab Attendant

Get trained in all areas of the Hotel on our time! We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who want to join this great industry.

Currently we have an opening for a Full-time and a Casual position Gaming Attendant and F&B Attendant to work across our Gaming Room and Sports Bar.

All applicants will work on a rotating roster - morning, afternoon and evening shifts available. Our teams have work life balance and are passionate about making the business successful. Some may say we are FIRED UP and READY TO GO!

A high level of energy and enthusiasm is required to engage our customers with excellent customer service, the execution and involvement in promotions and be a team player within the team.

• Once you have your licence you will be paid the following rates
• Monday - Friday $28.08 (with an addition $2.38 per hour after 7pm)
• Saturday $33.69
• Sunday $39.31
• As a Gaming & TAB Attendant you will
• Be a part of the team, creating a fun & inviting atmosphere for our customers.
• Be energetic, upbeat, driven and be passionate about create exceptional gaming experiences.
• Be passionate about understanding our patrons, and how to make their day.
• Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, compliance with licensing law and cash handling procedures.
• About you...
• Must hold a valid Victorian Gaming Licence - we can help with this once you start!
• Most importantly have a can do attitude.
• Previous experience in Gaming, TAB & Customer Service preferable but not essential
• You must hold a current RSA & RSG & TAB licence - we can help with all these
• Be flexible & available to work over a 7 day rotating roster including graveyard shifts
