It Technician

We are looking for an experienced IT Technician to join our team in Perth. Brecken Health is a group of General Practices in the Perth Metro and South West region. As a member of our IT team you will respond to queries from our admin, management and clinical teams and ensure the highest possible standards of computer and internet security.

• About the role
• Responding to enquiries in a timely manner, prioritizing and escalating where necessary;
• You will be responsible for computer and information security;
• Assist IT team and management to foster a security culture and ensure adequate and appropriate training.
• About you
• Experience in a similar role;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• The ability to provide technical advice over the phone to employees of all levels and differing levels of computer literacy;
• Maintain absolute confidentiality regarding client and business information.
