Enterprise Asset Management Specialist

• Your Role and Responsibilities

With the rise of new and exciting technological trends including machine learning, AI, IoT, Big Data and Predictive Analytics, IBM Consulting is looking for experienced Asset Management Consultants to join our Asset Manufacturing and Optimisation team.

You will have Tier 1 package solution implementation experience and experience leading the development of Asset Performance Management solutions and models on modern cloud data platforms. You will bea trusted consultant for your clients for both your functional and technical expertise in the Asset Management space (EAM, APM, AIP).

• Your responsibilities in this role will include
• Proactively engage with clients
• Eliciit client needs and gathering functional and non-functional requirements.
• Participate in client meetings to communicate status or give demos in showcase workshops
• Work effectively individually and with team members toward customer satisfaction and success
• Responsible for providing effort estimates
• Create detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Identify, develop, and support business process change
• Participate in meetings, such as sprint planning, stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives
• Be keenly aware of timelines and budgeting to deliver in a timely manner
• Ability to understand complex technical concepts and present them in simple terms to non-technical team members and clients
• To ensure success in the role you will possess the following skills
• Excellent client advisory and relationship building skills
• Excellent communication and writing skills (to attend client meetings and speak with clarity, write requirements in clear business terms, etc.)
• Demonstrated experience with Packaged Solution consulting in the Enterprise Asset Management, Asset Investment Planning Asset Performance Management space
• Demonstrated experience with solutioning for Azure / AWS, IoT, Edge.
• At least 5 years' experience defining requirements for packaged solutions, either as a business analyst or equivalent consultant role,
• At least 5 years' experience developing, delivering, and supporting business with a focus on Asset Management, Field Mobility and associated technologies.
• At least 5 years' experience in designing management processes, business process engineering, use case specification
• Excellent experience in modelling tools (Visio, Aris, UML)
• Highly desirable :
• Experience in Natural Resources (Oil and gas, mining, Energy and Utilities)
• Experience in developing predictive and asset optimisation models using AI / ML / Optimisation techniques
• Background in engineering
• Experience with other Tier 1 consulting firms
• Experience working with large teams of multi-disciplinary consultants distributed in multiple geographies
• Understanding of Sustainability drivers in Asset Intensive industries,
• Prior Consulting experience in Reliability Centred Maintenance
• Working understanding of ISO standards related to Asset Management such as ISO55001, ISO14224
