CELOTTI WORKFORCE is currently seeking experienced and safety-focused  Civil Dogmans  to join our team working on the Gladstone to Fitzroy Water Pipeline Project in Queensland.

These positions are essential to the successful completion of the project, and we are looking for individuals who are local to the Gladstone and Rockhampton areas. We are offering a 3 : 1 roster with competitive pay rates.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Operate as the primary signaler to crane and heavy equipment operators.
  • Safely guide the lifting, moving, and placing of heavy materials.
  • Conduct pre-lift checks to ensure all equipment and lifting gear meet safety requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with site supervisors, crane operators, and other team members.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and work in compliance with industry standards.
  • Perform site inspections and ensure the work area is safe and hazard-free.
  • Assist in maintaining site cleanliness and organization.
  • Report any unsafe conditions or equipment faults immediately to the supervisor.

Key Requirements :

  • Proven experience as a Civil Dogman or Rigger in a civil construction environment.
  • Dogman Ticket - High Risk Licence
  • Strong understanding of construction site safety protocols.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Physical fitness and the ability to work in all weather conditions.
  • Valid Driver’s License + Transport
  • White Card

    • Our Ideal Candidate :

  • Local to Gladstone or Rockhampton (flights are not required)
  • Relevant qualifications and certifications, including White Card, Working at Heights, and Confined Spaces
  • Previous experience in the civil construction or pipeline industry
  • Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
  • Excellent work ethic, punctuality, and reliability
  • Dogman :  Confined space and working at heights certification required
