Lead the 24 / 7 operational management of an array of Vault

mission-critical tools (SOC, NOC, CMDB, ITSM, MDM, Identity, VDI,

PaaS, SaaS), supporting the backbone of classified cloud regions.

Work in highly classified environments of national significance,

engaging with the next generation of government technology. Focus

on reliability, situational awareness, and data management,

anticipating challenges and driving proactive solutions. Coach your

team to uncover the root cause of complex problems, enabling the

operations team to safeguard and support customers. Collaborate

with product owners.
