- About the Role
This role is all about building and nurturing strong foundations with key stakeholders to foster a win-win outcome.
Working closely with our National Program Manager, you will be the strategic lead providing direction for our team of field representatives, making informed decisions that will develop and improve retail activations. In order to do this, you will need to draw on your extensive knowledge of the sector and provide insight on the everchanging retail landscape.
You will have a proven ability to lead a diverse team to success, be tenacious and adaptable to ever changing priorities, and be an experienced leader who is open to trying new and different concepts to achieve sales objectives.
- Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership
- Responsibility for the overall performance of the Team Leaders and field team through coaching, mentoring and training
- Field KPI Delivery
- Plan resources for program requirements and improve process to drive timely outcomes
- Commercial Management
- Planning, forecasting and managing variances
- Client Service
- Manage client relationships whilst proactively seeking opportunities to introduce new ideas and implement operational contingencies
- Stakeholder Relationships
- Participate in internal and external stakeholder meetings and build effective working relationships
- Personal Management and Leadership
- Prioritising tasks to drive personal productivity, as well as providing effective and positive leadership
- Success Criteria
- Highly experienced within the retail category and specifically in managing teams within retail marketing and merchandising
- Demonstrated ability in leading, mentoring and inspiring high-performing teams
- Self-motivated, confident, energetic and outcomes focused
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communicator
- High attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple responsibilities
- Change agent' with a proven ability to influence others and negotiate successful outcomes
