With a company history dating back over 100 years, they have multiple locations throughout Australia supplying and servicing geographically dispersed and highly demanding industries including : mining, oil & gas, cranes & construction, shipping & transport, manufacturing, defense, utilities as well as other agricultural & industrial sectors.
This is an opportunity for an experienced Crane Technician (Electrical) with experience servicing overhead cranes to join our Crane Servicing team.
You will work 10-12 hour shifts on a fixed roster of 2 / 2.
You will be a key person at our customer sites ensuring their cranes are serviced to Australian standards. You will be passionate about safety and managing risk and will thrive on a challenge whilst always maintaining the highest level of customer service.
If you are a self-starter who loves working both independently and, in a team, and can work both at base and away for periods of time, this role could be what you are looking for.
To be successful in this role you will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be detail orientated. You will be able to work under pressure, multi-task, work autonomously and possess the desire to achieve results within a fast-paced, customer focused environment. You will be provided with additional on the job training.
The remuneration package will reflect the accountabilities of this position and will be negotiated in line with experience and skills.
