- Scheduling Learning and Development courses, classes and events as per the Learning calendar
- Coordination of all associated course and class logistics : room bookings, catering, calendar entries, monitoring pre-work completion, participant communications etc
- Liaising with relevant stakeholders across Oceania; including Service Line technical education teams and Talent
- Field and respond to participant enquiries regarding Learning and Development program
- Maintaining the learning management System (SuccessFactors)
- Supporting the monthly finance process

- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Relevant administrative and customer / client service experience
- Organisational and coordination skills

- Some experience with event management
- Some understanding of adult learning principles
