• About the Role

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and reliable

• Casual Sales Advisors (Product Demonstrators)
• to join our team at
• Costco Kilburn
• In this customer-facing role, you'll bring products to life through demonstrations, sampling, and engaging conversations that help customers make confident purchasing decisions.
• Key Responsibilities
• Conduct in-store demonstrations and product sampling
• Provide members with information and helpful tips about products
• Display and explain product features and benefits
• Engage with customers to generate excitement and drive sales
• Set up and pack down demonstration stations
• Maintain a clean, safe, and food-compliant demonstration area
• Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or event marketing is highly regarded but not essential
• Confident working in hot or cold environments (e.g. warehouse setting)
• Basic kitchen equipment skills (e.g. microwave, oven, skillet)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Comfortable standing for long periods (up to 6 hours)
• Able to work a rotating roster between
• 10am - 5pm
• including
• weekends
• RSA and / or barista certification is a bonus
