Senior Structural Engineer

As a Senior Structural Engineer, you will enjoy a balance between office-based work and site work and will play a key role in delivering high-quality inspections and assessments on mining assets for several tier 1 clients.

Working collaboratively across borders and disciplines, you'll join a leading team working on interesting and complex projects.

We are experts in our field, and we are passionate about mining.What you'll do : Work in a role based at our centrally located Perth CBD office, and travel to client sites located in Western Australia and South Australia for frequent site inspections.Perform structural integrity inspections for existing mining assets, and assess typical defects, such as impact damage, corrosion, non-compliance, and fatigue.Analyse static machinery and evaluate structural integrity.Prepare inspection reports and repair methodologies.Conduct risk analysis related to structural components.Comply with role specific SHEQ obligations and complete work in compliance with the relevant technical, commercial and regulatory standards.About YouYou're likely to have minimum 10 years of experience in structural design or in performing structural inspections.
