We are currently seeking an exceptional Head Chef with extensive experience, creativity, and dedication to lead a team of chefs and utility staff. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is committed to delivering top-notch food to our guests.

Flavour, presentation and flair are a daily expectation in this role and the ideal candidate will have a minimum 5 year's Head Chef experience.

The Role

8 : 6 Roster FIFO from PerthHands on Leadership role, overseeing a small teamOversee dining room operations to ensure a seamless service experienceMaintain effective client and business relationships with the client onsiteResponsible for stock control, budgets, rostering, mentoring & training staffBuffet style cooking for Breakfast, Crib, Lunch, and / or Dinner and DessertsEnsure OH&S compliance, adhering to safe work practices and food handling proceduresEnsure all catering controls are in place, and wastage is kept to a minimumMaintain high standards of food hygiene, safety, infection control and cleanliness in accordance with Compass standardsRole Requirements

Minimum of 5 year's Head Chef ExperiencePassion for producing great food, full of flavour and presented with prideExperience within bulk catering environmentsExcellent knowledge of all kitchen procedures and operationsExperience in menu writing, rostering and cost controlExperience with hygienic work practices and appropriate HACCP guidelinesCurrent valid Driver's LicenseCurrent National Police Clearance (or willing to obtain one)The Benefits
