Assist Village Management in the administration of Resident entry and exit.
Support Village Management to maintain all prospective resident and resident files including filing and scanning of documents.
Assist Village Management to prepare sales packs, welcome packs and settlement documentation as needed.
Attend external sales events with Village Management as requested.
Schedule tours and appointments for Village Management as required.
Create and / or proof Resident communications for distribution throughout Village if required.
Complete administration tasks associated with Maintenance tasks including Additions and Alterations.
Maintain client and resident database.
Maintain sales and exit database.
General administration tasks as directed by Village Management
Assist Village Management with reporting, presentations, and briefs as requested.
Minute-taking at meetings as requested.
As you can see from the list above, you will never be bored and you will be able to enjoy the flexibility of being involved with administration, sales interaction and at times join in with our consumers and staff for the entertainment in the Village. The Village enjoys a variety of special days, including but not limited to, celebrating St Patrick's Day, The Melbourne Cup, ANZAC Day and associated memorials, and Oktoberfest.
We have now partnered with the Dolphins NRL Team located at Scarborough and often have the opportunity to attend their training sessions and be involved with the team.

Essential
Certificate qualification in any of the below areas.
Business Administration
Aged Care
Community Care or Health Services
Outstanding interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to effectively communicate at all levels using oral, written, and electronic communication systems.
Ability to build rapport and nurture strong relationships.
Demonstrated high level administrative skills.
Demonstrated high level of digital literacy across Microsoft Suite and databases and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to successfully prioritise tasks.
Experience in a similar role is preferable.
Current and valid Driver's Licence
COVID-19 vaccinations by 2 ; Influenza vaccination encouraged
Current First Aid / CPR
Ability to provide the Right to work within Australia
