For over 100 years our client has been one the biggest supplier of quality bakery ingredients to professionals worldwide.

We are currently seeking for a Customer Service Team Leader to join the NSW customer service team based in Silverwater.

This position will be working alongside 3 direct reports within the customer service team.

  • Coordinate the day-to-day function of the Customer Service Department
  • Assisting inbound and outbound enquiries
  • Provide customer service to customers in a professional manner and ensure that they receive the best possible service
  • Ensure that all calls are answered within an appropriate time frame, and that any problems or issues with your account are resolved as quickly as possible
  • Provide customer service to customers in a professional manner and ensure that they receive the best possible service
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about company products and services
