Are you a passionate and experienced Safety & Wellbeing Advisor looking to make a real difference? Join our People Operations team in this Fixed Term - Full Time position and play a pivotal role in supporting the health, safety, and wellbeing of our valued employees.

Key Responsibilities : Manage employee workers compensation claims, implementing effective and supportive injury management strategies.Support proactive incident management, including completion and closure of incident investigations Monitor and analyse safety data to provide practical insights, identify trends and risks, and inform safety-related decisions and communications. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to promote a positive safety culture and foster employee and leader engagement in safety and wellbeing initiatives. Provide expert advice and guidance on workplace health, safety, and wellbeing matters, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and policies. Participate in the development and delivery of training programs, promoting awareness and understanding of safety and wellbeing practices.

To succeed in this role, you will have a relevant tertiary qualification in Occupational Health and Safety, Human Resources, Injury Management and Return to Work, or a related field, along with 3-5 years' experience in a similar role. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, combined with a proactive and solution-oriented approach, are essential.
