It involves designing and delivering training, testing, exercises, and debriefs to prepare leadership and business units for major disruptions, while also coordinating real-time crisis & emergency responses.The role contributes to continuous improvement of the Disruption Management programs, provides strategic advisory support, and ensures alignment with national legislation and internal assurance frameworks.
The role includes on-call responsibilities to support crisis & emergency response efforts.A bit about youThe ideal candidate will have extensive experience in strategic and operational disruption management, preferably within a critical infrastructure environment.
They should possess experience in managing real-world crises, emergencies and incidents across all response phases.
Experience in training and exercising senior leadership teams (SLTs) in responding to disruptive events is essential.The role requires a strong understanding of response team attributes such as situational awareness, critical thinking, stakeholder management, decision-making and time & task management.
