As Team Leader Medical Records, you'll drive skilled support and coordination across medical records functions, enhancing service delivery, planning, and decision-making. Join a dynamic multidisciplinary team and work closely with the Director of Health Information Services to make a real impact!

What your day will look like… Your day will be dynamic and rewarding as you lead and inspire a dedicated administrative team within Medical Records, Enquiries, and Transcription, ensuring smooth, efficient service delivery aligned with Darling Downs Health values. You'll tackle operational challenges, provide essential training, and collaborate on recruitment and performance management—all while maintaining compliance with Australian Standards and supporting a safe, positive workplace. From managing budgets to overseeing payroll and recruitment processes, your leadership will keep the heart of health information services running seamlessly every day.
