  • Blue Illusion are seeking an experienced store manager for the Williamstown boutique. As Concession Manager, you will have the ability to lead and motivate a successful team, all whilst delivering exceptional customer service and have the following experience
  • Proven experience as a Manager in a competitive retail store, preferably within the fashion industry
  • Ability to build a positive, motivated and successful team
  • Proven capability in reaching sales targets and incentives
  • Outstanding communication and people management skills
  • Excellent time management / organizational skills
  • Experience in rostering, managing budgets and stock management
  • Strong merchandise standards and store presentation skills
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and an understanding of computer systems
  • The ability to understand and drive the Blue Illusion Culture and Values within your team
  • We require
  • A minimum of 3 years managing a customer service team and / or store
  • A passion for achieving financial targets, developing business opportunities and supporting initiatives
  • Flexibility to work weekends and evening trading hours
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and other computer systems
