The Role Full time – Site based role, Hazelmere, WANewly created role with plenty of scope to make improvementsWork with a dynamic team & business committed to growth and developmentDue to growth and the desire to continuously improve, our Supply Chain team at HCL are on the lookout for a Distribution Centre Manager with an ability to motivate, inspire and bring people together to achieve a common goal to join our team.
Reporting to the Head of Operations and based in WA, you will manage all site operations to meet the service requirements and maintain a safe working environment.
As such your proven leadership skills and experience in the control of all things operational including but not limited to receipt, storage and distribution of finished products in a 3PL and 4PL environment, will be critical to your success. Experience in SAP WM and QMS systems will be an advantage.
