The Opportunity :
Exciting opportunity for a Reception / Admin assistant seeking part-time hours join a well-established accounting firm.
This role will see you working with a variety of small-medium size businesses, partnerships and sole traders providing basic business accounting services.
The Role :
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive first impression. Beyond reception duties, you will support the firm’s daily operations through organised administrative assistance. Your responsibilities will include managing documentation, maintaining accurate records, and assisting the accounting team with various tasks as needed. Additionally, you will build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients, contributing to the firm’s professional growth.

What do we need from you :
Whilst the position is part-time (3 days per week) it would be required to flex to cover for annual leave etc. when other staff take holidays.
Flexibility and a can-do attitude will be critical to your success in this role.
