Position Overview : This leading Civil company are seeking experienced Labourers to join the team.

As a Labourer, you will be responsible for general civil labouring work & assisting trades on site.

Your expertise in labouring, adherence to safety protocols, and attention to quality will be vital in ensuring the successful completion of the projects.

Site locations : Ipswich, Redbank Plains, Coomera, Nerang, Cedar Vale, Logan, Green Bank, Caboolture + more.

WHAT WE OFFER : Work with SOURCR top Construction Recruitment company 2023 + 2024 On site training, working with industry leaders Opportunity to gain machine tickets - Roller, Loader, Skid, Moxy, Excavator Consistent 40 hour work weeks + OVERTIME Genuine Growth Opportunities = PROMOTIONS TO MACHINES & LEADING HANDS YOUR DAY TO DAY DUTIES : General Civil Labouring - Site setup, flagging, digging holes Working alongside pipe laying crews as a "toppy", site cleanup, assisting trades Helping spot for excavators and other machinery Pit & pipe work such as digging trenches for pipes Pit building Operate machines (if tickets are held) EXPERIENCE REQURED : General labouring experience at a bare minimum Learn on the job with industry experts who will teach you the most effective ways to work within Civil License + Own Transport - Some of our projects are hard to reach so we require you to have reliable transport to get to site White card This is a TEMP TO PERM opportunity (reviewed at 3 and 6 months), increasing pay rates once set milestones are achieved.
