Location : Forrestfield, WA

Mills Recruitment is proud to be partnering with a leading manufacturing and fabrication company based in Forrestfield, WA, in search of an experienced CNC Laser Operator to join their high-performing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled operator seeking a stable, long-term role with consistent hours and an attractive flat-rate pay structure. You’ll be working a continuous rotating roster (4 days on, 4 days off) 12-hour  shifts .

What You’ll Be Doing :

• Operating CNC laser cutting machinery to precision specifications.
• Interpreting and working from technical drawings and job orders.
• Performing routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
• Supporting general metal fabrication and workshop operations.
• Adhering to safety standards and contributing to a clean, organised work environment.
