Sonoma Rose Bay Café Part Time / Casual All Rounder

We're looking for a fun and energetic Café All Rounder to join our Front of House team in our Sonoma Rose Bay Café.

Part time / Casual position available with shifts Tuesday to Saturday and no evening shifts.

The Gig

• Always give excellent customer service & exceed guest expectations
• Ensure the Sonoma standard is maintained when preparing food & coffee
• Serve customers efficiently
• Give advice, guidance & recommendations on products & menu selection to customers to ensure a positive experience & repeat business.
• Assist in preparation of display counters before, during & at the end of service.
• Ensure adequate stock levels, managing orders & stock rotation.
• Managing queues & meeting customer expectations, upsell to maximize profit.
• Keep areas tidy & clean
• Work as part of a team and provide backup to other team members
• Be an ambassador of the brand
