The practice requires well-experienced diabetic educator - offering flexible hours, days and our friendly team consists of 5 general practitioners. Our medical centre is near the shopping centre and nearby pharmacy.

The centre offers strong operational and administrative support, flexible agreements (percentage of billing) and a smooth transition for you and your patients.

• About the role

Perform individual health assessments, monitoring and education as well as facilitating health education to schools and community groups on a variety of issues pertaining to diabetes management. This position is responsible for aiding people to become informed of issues affecting their health, enabling them to accept and share responsibility in recognising their own health needs and make choices that are relevant / appropriate to their life situation

• Qualifications, Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role you will have :

• Great communication skills
• Experience working in an Australian GP practice
• FRACGP or equivalent
• Current unrestricted registration with AHPRA
• Vocational Registration as a General Practitioner
• Personal indemnity insurance
